Excellent list and great insights! I sometimes create video podcasts and I have come across all of those aspects. There's a lot of work you have to do if you want to be authentic and not just another podcaster.
Yes! 100%! I have seen some lazy-ass podcasting and even worse, people just using it to talk to people in the industry they think can further their own career. It's disgusting.
